ST ALBANS) (RESTRICTION OF WAITING) ORDER 201* NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the St Albans City and District of St Albans Council (pursuant to arrangement made with Hertfordshire County Council) proposes to make the above Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984. The general effect of the Orders would be to introduce waiting restrictions to improve road safety, reduce instances of inappropriate or inconsiderate parking, increase the available provision of resident parking places and reduce congestion.
