NOTICE of APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Sections 17 Licensing Act 2003
The Kitchen Croxley Ltd has applied to the Licensing Authority of Three Rivers District Council for a new Premises Licence at The Kitchen Croxley Ltd 198 Watford Road Croxley Green Herts WD3 3DB. If granted it will allow the following activities: Live Music Thursday - Saturday 18:00 - 23:00, Sunday 15:00 -22:00; Recorded Music Monday - Friday 07:00 - 23:00 Saturday 09:00 - 23:00, Sunday 09:00 - 22:00; Supply of Alcohol Monday - Saturday 11:00 - 23:00, Sunday 11:00 -22:00. These dates and times allow for events at various times during the week. The intention is not to have live music or late opening every day.

REPRESENTATIONS regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority by no later than: 23rd October 2017. Under Section 158 Licensing Act 2003 it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement In connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction for this offence is unlimited.
