NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Poole Harbour Commissioners ("the Commissioners") propose to create a General Direction ("the Direction") under section 12 of the Poole Harbour Revision Order 2012 ("the Act") requiring the operators of small commercial vessels working in Poole Harbour to register their craft with the Commissioners.
A copy of the Commissioner's proposed Direction may be inspected free of charge between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm at the offices of the Commissioners at Harbour Office, 20 New Harbour Road, Poole, Dorset, BH15 4AF. Anyone wishing to purchase a copy of the proposed Direction should apply in writing to the Harbour Master at Harbour Office, 20 New Harbour Road, Poole, Dorset, BH15 4AF enclosing their cheque in the sum of £5.00 payable to Poole Harbour Commissioners. Any person who wishes to make representations in relation to the proposed Direction may, within 28 days from the date of this notice, make such representations in writing to the Commissioners at Harbour Office, 20 New Harbour Road, Poole, Dorset, BH15 4AF.
