The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled "The Stopping up of Highways (South East) (No. 52) Order 2017" authorising the stopping up of the whole of Church Way (north) from its junction with West Way; the whole of Church Way (south) from its junction with Arthray Road and the whole of Chapel Way at Botley, in the District of Vale of White Horse to enable development as permitted by Vale of White Horse District Council under reference P16/V0246/FUL.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/SE/S247/2518) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Botley Library, Elms Court, Botley OX2 9LP.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 28 September 2017 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
