(b) in Fairfield East, Kingston, to lengthen an existing ‘permit holders only’ parking place (outside Nos. 5-7);
(c) in Mill Street, Kingston, to lengthen an existing double yellow line “at any time” waiting restriction (on the east side, southwards, to opposite No. 10) in place of an existing single yellow line waiting restriction;
(d) in Park Road, Kingston, to introduce a double yellow line “at any time” waiting restriction (on the west side, between No. 217 and its junction with Kelvedon Close), mainly in place of a single yellow line waiting restriction which was originally introduced by a temporary traffic order;
(e) in Southwood Drive, Surbiton, to lengthen an existing double yellow line “at any time” waiting restriction (outside Nos. 62-64); and (f) to modify the traffic order definitions of certain other parking places and waiting restrictions so they better reflect what is currently on the ground (there would be no change to the way restrictions and parking places currently operate).
