(Link Footpaths F40613 & F40612 Scobell Close, Pershore)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to make an Order to close that part of Link Footpaths F40613 & F40612 Scobell Close, Pershore from its junction with both sides of divorced footpaths to its junction with U47121 Scobell Close in order to facilitate footpath reconstruction works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: – U74122 Bedford Close, U47119 Loughmill Road, B4084 Worcester Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 13 days: Commencing: 4 October 2017.

(C2050 Long Hyde Road/Bennetts Hill, South Littleton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of C2050 Long Hyde Road/Bennetts Hill, South Littleton from its junction with B4510 Newtown to its junction with B4085 Main Street in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerb replacement works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2050 Long Hyde Road, B4085 Main Street, B4085 Cleeve Road, B4510 Cleeve Road to Three Cocks Lane, B4510 Newtown and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 13 days Commencing: 4 October 2017.

(B4083 Wyre Road, Pershore)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of B4083 Wyre Road, Pershore from its junction with B4083 Ascot Road Roundabout to its junction with B4083 Wyre Hill in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4083 Wyre Road, A4104 Station Road, B4104 Terrace Road, A44 Abbey View Road, B4083 Wyre Hill and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 2 October 2017.

(District of Wychavon – Evesham) (Permitted Parking Area and Special Parking Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2004 (Variation) Order 2017 [Revocation of Limited Waiting on Chapel Street, Evesham] On 14 September 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will revoke limited waiting Monday - Saturday 8.00am - 6.30pm no return within 2 hours on the following length and side of road in Evesham:- Chapel Street (west side) from a point 39 metres north of its junction with Oat Street for a distance of 21 metres in a northerly direction. *NB This Order has been made to make provision for a bus stand 8.00am - 6.00pm from a point 39 metres north of its junction with Oat Street for a distance of 21 metres in a northerly direction and upgrading of existing bus stop to include a clearway restriction 8.00am - 6.00pm from a point 26 metres north of its junction with Oat Street for a distance of 13 metres in a northerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles. The Order will come into operation on 5 October 2017.

A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Wychavon District Council, Evesham Community Contact Centre, Abbey Road, Evesham, Worcs., WR11 4SB and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council’s powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
