NOTICE OF TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 Lowe Drive, Knutsford
Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, cabling works. Prohibition of traffic-Lowe Drive, Knutsford Outside property numbers 19, 21 & 23
The alternative route will be via Lowe Drive, Manor Park North, Manor Crescent and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
The closures will be in place for 24 hours a day. This order will come into operation on 2nd October 2017 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 13th October 2017. Notice is hereby given that the Cheshire East Borough Council in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, and of all other enabling powers has made an order to the effect of which will be to temporarily prohibit traffic as follows, RTC parapet repair. Prohibition of traffic-Station Road, Mobberley
From the junction with Smith Lane for approximately 100 metres The alternative route will be via Smith Lane, Slade Lane, Hobcroft Lane, Station Road and vice versa which is considered the most suitable route.
The closures will be in place for 24 hours a day. This order will come into operation on 2nd October 2017 and will continue in force for 18 months or for such less time as is necessary to complete the work to be executed in the highway, although it is anticipated that the works will be completed by 13th October 2017. NOTICE OF MAKING
(Holly Grove and Pickmere Lane, Tabley) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st September 2017, Cheshire East Borough Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty with Section 122 of the said Act.
1. The effect of the Order, which will come into operation on 30th October 2017, will be to introduce.
a) a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days in the following lengths of roads as detailed;
Holly Grove (West Side) - From its junction with Pickmere Lane for a distance of 46 metres in a generally north westerly direction. Holly Grove (East Side) - From its junction with Pickmere Lane for a distance of 15 metres in a northerly direction. Pickmere Lane (North Side) - From a point 17 metres west and a point 16 metres east of the centreline of its junction with Holly Grove.
2. A copy of the Order, a map showing the restricted area, a statement of reasons for making the order, a copy of this public notice and a copy of the public notice of the proposal to make the order may be examined during the usual office hours at the offices of Cheshire East Borough Council at Westfields, Middlewich Road, Sandbach CW11 1HZ and at Knutsford Library, Toft Road, Knutsford, WA16 0PG.
3. Any person who desires to question the validity of the Order or any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Act, or any requirement of the Act or any instrument made under the Act has not been complied with, that person may, within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order is made, apply for the purpose to the High Court.
NOTICE OF MAKING
(Chapel Lane and Lindow Parade, Wilmslow) (Prohibition of Waiting & Limited Waiting Parking Place) Order 2017
Notice is hereby given that on the 21st September 2017, Cheshire East Borough Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4, and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, ("the 1984 Act") and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty under Section 122 of the 1984 Act. 1. The effect of the Order, which will come into operation on 30th October 2017, will be to introduce.
i) introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days on the following length and side of road and revoke any existing previous Orders on;:-
Chapel Lane (North Side) - From a point 3 metres east of its junction with Lindfield Estate South for a distance of 7 metres in a easterly direction;
ii) Introduce a prohibition of waiting by vehicles Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm and revoke any existing previous Orders on;
Chapel Lane (South Side) - From a point 37 metres east of its junction with South Oak Lane for a distance of 10 metres in an easterly direction;
Chapel Lane (North Side) - From a point 9.5 metres east of its junction with Lindfield Estate South for a distance of 74 metres in an easterly direction.
iii) Introduce a new limited waiting parking place "Monday to Saturday 8am to 6pm 2 hours no return within 1 hour" and revoke any existing previous Orders on;
Lindow Parade (North and North East Side) - From a point 13 metres west of its junction with Buckingham Road a distance of 48 metres in a westerly thence north westerly direction.
Chapel Lane (South Side) - From a point 48 metres east of its junction with Clifford Road for a distance of 13 metres in an easterly direction.
iv) Revoke existing prohibition of waiting by vehicles Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm on the following length and side of road; Chapel Lane (South Side) - From a point 25 metres east of its junction with Clifford Road for a distance of 4 metres in an easterly direction.

Notice is hereby given that on the 21st September 2017, Cheshire East Borough Council made an Order under Sections 1, 2 and 4 and Part III of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, and all other enabling powers and in accordance with its duty with Section 122 of the said Act.

b) a prohibition of waiting by vehicles at all times on all days in the following lengths of roads as detailed;
Manchester Road (South East Side) - Between a point 18 metres south west and a point 22 metres north east of the centre line of its junction with Copperfields.
Copperfields (Both Sides) - From its junction with Manchester Road for a distance of 12.5 metres in a south easterly direction. Bridgefield Avenue (Both Sides) - From its junction with Manchester Road for a distance of 10 metres in a south easterly direction. Manchester Road (South East Side) - Between a point 16 metres south west and a point 15.5 metres north east of the centre line of its junction with Bridgefield Avenue.
Park Crescent (Both Sides) - From its junction with Twinnies Road for a distance of 7.5 metres in a south easterly direction. Twinnies Road (South East Side) - Between a point 13 metres south west and a point 14.5 metres north east of the centre line of its junction with Park Crescent.
Park Crescent (Both Sides) - From its junction with Twinnies Road for a distance of 8.5 metres in a south westerly direction. Twinnies Road (South West Side) - Between a point 14 metres north west and a point 12.5 metres north east of the centre line of its junction with Park Crescent.

TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF TRAFFIC
Restricted Byway No. 4 Tabley Superior and Restricted Byway
No. 2 Mere
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the provisions of Section 14 (1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by the Road Traffic (Temporary Restriction) Act 1991, that the Cheshire East Borough Council proposed to make an Order the effect of which is to temporarily prohibit all users on that length of Public Restricted Byway composed of the following:
That length of Restricted Byway No. 4 Tabley Superior which commences at OSGR SJ 7093 8051 and runs in a generally northerly direction for approx. 56m to its junction with Restricted Byway No. 2 Mere at the parish boundary at OSGR 7096 8055. That length of Restricted Byway No. 2 Mere which commences at its junction with Restricted Byway No. 4 Tabley Superior at the parish boundary at OSGR 7096 8055 and runs in a generally northerly direction for approx. 565m to its junction with Public Bridleway No. 1 Mere at Winterbottom Farm at OSGR SJ 7097 8104. The closure is necessary to prevent the likelihood of danger to the public posed by the M6 motorway until the missing bridge that carried the restricted byway across the motorway, is replaced. The Order will come into force on 10th October 2017 and will continue in force for a period of six months, or until the works are completed, whichever is the earlier.
