Application has been made by Northgate Fast Food Limited to the Licensing Authority of City of York Council for a Premises Licence for theTaco Bell -York, Land at Monks Cross Drive, Huntington,York,YO32 9GZ. The application includes the following terms:-

1.To enable the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 10:00 hrs and 03:00 hrs seven days a week.
2.To enable the sale of alcohol for extended hours at Bank Holidays and on other l m ted days as specified in the application.
3. To enable the provision of late night refreshment between 23:00 hrs and 03:00 hrs seven days a week. Full details of the Application can be viewed at the offces of the Licensing Authority at City of York Council, Licensing Services, Eco Depot, Hazel Court, York, YOI0 3DS. A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at any time up to and including 23rd October 2017 (www.york.gov.uk) It is an offence for anyone knowing­ly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
