UNDER SECTION 34 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that an application was made to the St Helens Council to vary a premises licence under die above Act on 25th September 2017, Applicant Marrtin McColl Limited. Address of premises: McColls, 377 - 379 Warrington Road, Rainhill, St Helens, Merseyside, L35 8LD. Proposed variation to die licensable activities: Change the layout of the premises and therefore the plan attached to the Premises Licence. The postal address of the Licensing Authority where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: "licensing Team,The Licensing and Land Charges Manager, Licensing and Land Charges Unit, St Helens Council, Vv^slev House, Corporation Street, St Helens,WA 10 IHR Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to The Licensing Officer at the above address* within 28 days of the date of this notice - by the 23rd October 2017.
