Notice is given that Abraham Zingara has applied to Wandsworth Council for the grant of a new premises licence at: Aubergine, 106 Mitaham Road London SW17 9NG to provide the following licensable activities: Sale by retail ol alcohol for consumption on and off the premises Monday to Sunday 11:00hours to 01:00hours the following day. Late night refreshment Monday to Sunday 23:00hours to 01:00hours the following day. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Head of Licensing, Wandsworth Council, Administration Department, Environmental Services, Public Health, Town Hall Wandsworth High Street London SW18 2PU or by email: licensing@wandsworth.gov.uk by 13th October 2017. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of The London Borough of Wandsworth, Customer Service Centre, Ground Floor Town Hall Wandsworth High Street London SW1S 2PU between the hours of 10.00am and 4.00pm. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk. It is an offence, under section 156 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited. 75)2452
