Notice is hereby given that Hale Country Club Limited has applied to Trafford Council Licensing Authority for a variation of its Premises Licence pursuant to S.34 of the Licensing Act 2003 for Hale Country Club, Clay Lane, Hale,Altrincham, Cheshire.WAI 5 7AF.The variation application is for addition of licensable activities to permit within the boundary of the premises the provision of Live music, exhibition of Films, Performance of dance and similar entertainment between 10:00am and Midnight, and approval of an extension of the licence boundary to include the external area as shown outlined yellow on the additional licence plan submitted with this application to permit the provision of licensable activities within that area on no more than 10 occasions in a calendar year The application is also for amendment of Condition 3 of Annex 3 and for inclusion of new conditions to apply in respect of outside events.

A register of licensing applications is held by the Licensing Authority and can be inspected during normal office hours at Trafford Council, Licensing Section, Trafford Town Hall, Talbot Road, Stretford, Manchester, M32 0TH details can also be found at www.trafford.gov.uk. Any person who wishes to raise a representation/submit comments to this application may do so by giving notice in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address shown above, giving in detail grounds of representation/objection on or before 18 October 2017. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is a fine not exceeding £5,000.
