Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (C2148 Astwood Lane, Wychbold, Droitwich)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2148 Astwood Lane, Wychbold, Droitwich from its junction with C2004 Stoke Road to its junction with U42008 Horse Pool Lane in order to facilitate new gas supply works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2148 Astwood Lane, C2204 Stoke Lane, C2004 Shaw Lane, U420006 Astwood Lane, U420008 Horse pool Lane, C2148 Astwood Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 23 October 2017.

(C2030 Elmley Lane, Cutnall Green)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2030 Elmley Lane, Cutnall Green from its junction with A442 Rushock to Cutnall Green to its junction with U40008 Elmley Close in order to facilitate new foul and storm drain works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: A442 Rushock to Cutnall Green, A442 Droitwich Road, C2031 Rylands Lane, C2030 Rylands Lane, C2030 Elmley Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 23 October 2017.

(U21201 Fairfield Road, Bournheath)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of U21201 Fairfield Road, Bournheath from its junction with U21299 Dodford Road to its junction with C2062 Doctors Hill in order to facilitate street lighting works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U21200 Dodford Road, C2062 Doctors Hill and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 1 day Commencing: 24 October 2017.

(U21411 Twatling Road & U21408 Cherry Hill Road, Barnt Green) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of U21411 Twatling Road & U21408 Cherry Hill Road, Barnt Green in two sections:- (a) U21411 Twatling Road – from its junction with C2151 Fiery Hill Road to its junction with U21412 Plymouth Road. (b) U21408 Cherry Hill Road – from its junction with U2411 Twatling Road for a distance of 60 metres in an easterly direction. The Order is being made to facilitate gas replacement works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative routes:- (a) U21411 Twatling Road – C2151 Shepley Road, C2151 Brookhouse Road, U21402 Mearse Lane, U21411 Twatling Road and vice versa. (b) U21408 Cherry Hill Road – C2151 Fiery Hill Road, B4120 Kendal End Road, U21408 Cherry Hill Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. (B4184 Alcester Road, Tutnall)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of B4184 Alcester Road, Tutnall in two sections:- (a) from the junction with B4184 Finstall Road for a distance of 467 metres in an easterly direction. (b) from the junction with C2001 Tutnall Lane for a distance of 143 metres in a westerly direction. The Order is being made to facilitate Severn Trent works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: B4184 Alcester Road, B4096 Hewell Lane, B4096 Alcester Road, A38 Lickey End Roundabout, A38 Birmingham Road, A38 Bromsgrove Eastern Bypass, B4184 New Road, B4184 Finstall Road, B4184 Alcester Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 23 October 2017.

(C2147 Cooksey Green Lane & Purshull Green Lane, Elmbridge/ Cooksey Green/Upton Warren)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2147 Cooksey Green Lane & Purshull Green Lane, Elmbridge/Cooksey Green/Upton Warren in 3 sections:-

(a) from the junction of C2084 Berry Lane for a distance of 482 metres in a south westerly direction.
(b) from the junction with U40401 Dog Lane for a distance of 104 metres in a northerly direction.
(c) from the junction with U40402 Cooksey Green Lane for a distance of 71 metres in a northerly direction.

The Order is being made to facilitate the installation of BT ducting works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U0402 Cooksey Green Lane, C2084 Berry Lane, C2083 Berry Lane, C2081 Crutch Lane, C2085 Crown Lane, C2082 Elmbridge Lane, C2018 Clattercut Lane, C2147 Purshull Green Lane and vice versa. (U21376 Crown Close, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of U21376 Crown Close, Bromsgrove from its junction with A448 Market Street to its junction with U21342 Church Street in order to facilitate carriageway works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: U21342 Church Street and A448 Market Street. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 nights Commencing: 29 September 2017.

(C2076 Newland Road to Plough Lane, Droitwich & Oddingley) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of C2076 Newland Road to Plough Lane, Droitwich & Oddingley from its junction with C2086 Newland Lane to its junction with U42401 Foredraught Lane in order to facilitate carriageway patching works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2076 Plough Road, C2032 road from A4538 Pershore Lane A38 Droitwich Road, C2086 Pulley Lane, C2086 Newland Lane and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 5 days Commencing: 28 September 2017.

(West Road, Bromsgrove)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Order made: to close that part of West Road, Bromsgrove from its junction with Central Road to its junction with North Road in order to facilitate replacement of street lighting works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: East Road, North Road and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 27 September 2017.

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Worcester Road and Regal Gardens, Bromsgrove] Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Bromsgrove: Worcester Road (north west side) from its junction with Regal Gardens for a distance of 6.9 metres in a north easterly direction, and 9.3 metres in a south westerly direction. Regal Gardens (south west side) from its junction with Worcester Road for a distance of 27.5 metres in a north westerly direction; (north east side) from its junction with Worcester Road for a distance of 12 metres in a north westerly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles. Forge Drive (south side) from a point 39 metres north west of its junction with Churchfields Road for a distance of 27 metres in a north westerly direction; (north side) from a point 42 metres north west of its junction with Churchfields Road for a distance of 23 metres in a north westerly direction; (north side turning head) for its entire length; a distance of 10 metres in a north easterly direction.

The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons’ vehicles.

(Bromsgrove District) (Civil Enforcement Area) (Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Old Birmingham Road and Monument Lane, Lickey, Bromsgrove] On 14 September 2017 Worcestershire County Council made an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of roads in Bromsgrove:-

Old Birmingham Road (north west side) from its junction with Monument Lane for a distance of 48.2 metres in a south westerly direction and 10 metres in a north easterly direction. Monument Lane (both sides) from its junction with Old Birmingham Road for a distance of 13.6 metres in a north westerly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons vehicles.

The Order will come into operation on 28 September 2017. A copy of the Order, relevant map and Statement of Reasons for making the Order may be inspected at Bromsgrove District Council, Customer Service Centre, Parkside, Market Street, Bromsgrove, Worcs., B61 8DA, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. The validity of the Council’s powers in making the Order or this exercise of them may be questioned by application to the High Court within 6 weeks from the date on which the Order was made.
