THE SECRETARY OF STATE hereby gives notice that the Order proposed under section 247 of the above Act to authorise the stopping up of a length of the former access road from Croft Street into the Porsche Centre Bolton site at Burnden Park in the Metropolitan Borough of Bolton, as referred to in the Notice published on 21 August 2017 (reference NATTRAN/NW/S247/2969), will not be made.
