Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Unit Manager, The Licensing Office, 3 Knowsley Place, Duke Street, Bury, BL9 0EJ. For any representation to be considered it must be received within 28 days from the date of application. A full copy of this application may be viewed at the above offices between 10.00am and 4.00pm. Monday to Friday. IT IS AN OFFENCE, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
