Take notice that London Grecian Ltd have applied to Barnet Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a new premises licence in respect of the premises at 212 High Road, East Finchley, N2 9AY. A brief description of the proposed licence is as follows: Opening times 1100 to 0030, the supply of alcohol 1100 to 0000 and late-night refreshment 2300 to 0000 Monday to Sunday. The full application can be inspected at the Licensing Authority at the below address in normal office hours. Other persons or responsible authorities can make written representations to the Community Protection (Regulation) Licensing Team, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, N20 0EJ by the 20th October 2017. It is an offence liable on conviction to a fine up to level 5 on the standard scale under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
