RE:PEGGY DORIS HOUSTON DECEASED PURSUANT to the Trustee Act 1925 Section 27
NOTICE IS GIVEN that all creditors and others having any claims against or claiming to be beneficially interested in the estate of Peggy Doris Houston late of The Bungalow, rear of Criton Works, Stanford Road, Orsett, Essex who died on 22nd December 2016 and whose Will was proved in the Ipswich District Probate Registry of the Family Division of the High Court on 15th June 2017 by Anthony Robert Wenden and William Charles Marven the executors named in it (‘the Executors’) are required to send particulars in writing to the undersigned solicitors whose address is 13A, Eldon Way, Hockley Essex SS5 4AD on or before 30th November 2017 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets of the deceased among the persons entitled to them having regard only to the claims of which they have had notice and shall not be liable for the assets of the deceased or any part of them so distributed to any person or persons of whose claims or demands they then have not had notice.
