Notice is hereby given that Osman Rasih has applied in respect of the Silk Road, 4 & 5 St Botolphs Street, Colchester for a variation to the Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for: an additional bar. Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 26/10/2017 to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister. It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
