I Steam Town BrewCo hereby give notice that I have applied to Eastleigh Borough Council for grant of a premises licence under part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 , as follows; Post address of premises: 1 Bishopstoke Rd, Eastleigh, S050 6DL For the following licensable activities; The Sale by Retail of Alcohol, for consumption on and off the premises. The bar and restaurant will serve alcohol between 1100-2300, daily.

The relevant local authority is Eastleigh Borough Council, the statutory register can be inspected at; Eastleigh House, Upper Market St. S0509YN or the licensing office at the Civic Centre, Southampton, S014 7LY, between 0900-1200 and 1400-1600, Mon-Fri or online at licensing.eastleigh.gov.uk Any representations by an interested party or relevant authority must be made in writing to the Licensing Team, Southampton and Eastleigh Licensing Partnership, PO Box 1767, Southampton S018 9 LA So as to be received by ttiem between the 5th Oct and 2nd Nov 2017. Please note that it is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and, on summary conviction for the offence, a person is liable to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, currently £5000.
