Application to vary a premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003
Mr Mariusz Muskietorz is applying for the variation of a Premises Licence for River Parrett Ltd, 11 Salmon Parade, TA6 5AN, Bridgwater.
The Licence if granted is to enable the following activities to take place:
Sale of alcohol on and off the premises, Sunday - Thursday from 10.00 to 00.00, Friday & Saturday from 10:00 to 01:00.
Films Indoors Only, Sunday - Thursday from 09:00 to 00.30, Friday & Saturday from 09:00 to 01:30.
Indoor Sporting Events, Sunday - Thursday from 09:00 to 00:30, Friday & Saturday from 09:00 to 01:30.
Live Music Indoor Only, Monday - Sunday from 09:00 to 23:00.
Recorded Music Indoor Only, Sunday - Thursday from 09:00 to 00.30, Friday & Saturday from 09:00 to 01:30.
Activity similar to live music, recorded music, performance of dance Indoors Only, Sunday - Thursday from 09:00 to 00:30, Friday & Saturday from 09:00 to 01:30.
Late Night Refreshment Indoors Only, Sunday -Thursday from 09:00 to 00:30, Friday & Saturday from 09:00 to 00:30.
Also for all the Licensable Activities above: Bridgwater Carnival - during the carnival concerts until 02:00 and from 10:00 to 01:30 on the Day of Carnival
From 09:00 to 01:00 the following day on Xmas Eve, Boxing Day, St Patrick's Day, St Georges Day
Also for half an hour prior to the start of any major national sporting event, giving the Police and Licensing Authority 14 days written notice.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Unit, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. Representation may be made for 28 consecutive days from the date of this notice.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence Is kept by the Licensing Unit, Sedgemoor District Council, Bridgwater House, King Square, Bridgwater, TA6 3AR. The application can be view Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm and 9am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except bank holidays.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection witti an application the maximum fine for which person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
