WORCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984

(C2064 Smiths End Green, Leigh Sinton)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Order made:
to close that part of C2064 Smiths End Green, Leigh Sinton from its junction with C2227 Sherridge Road for a distance of 500 metres in a westerly direction in order to facilitate carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Alternative route: C2064 Smith End Green, C2064 Suckley Road, C2065 Brockamin to A4103 Bransford, C2065 Brockamin, C2065 Hopton Lane to Brockamin, C2245 Hopton Lane and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 2 days Commencing: 22 September 2017.

(Whiteleaved Oak, Berrow)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017
Proposed Order:
to close that part of Whiteleaved Oak, Berrow from its junction with Chase End Street to its junction with the Gloucestershire County Boundary in order to facilitate carriageway works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: Chase End Street C2212 Bromsberrow, Albright Lane
(Gloucestershire County), Albright Lane North (Gloucestershire County), and vice versa.
Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days Commencing: 18 October 2017.

(Link Footpath Hillsfield (Divorced), Upton on Severn)(Temporary Closure) Order 2017

Proposed Order: to make an Order to close that part of Link Footpath Hillsfield (Divorced), Upton on Severn from its junction with U61225 Hillsfield to its junction with U61214 School Lane in order to facilitate footway reconstruction and kerb replacement works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Pedestrian Diversion Route: - F60080 Hillsfield Divorced Footway, U61214 School Lane, U61213 Mingle Lane, U61224 Gardens Walk, U61225 Hillsfield and vice versa. Maximum duration: 18 Months. Anticipated duration: 4 days: Commencing: 17 October 2017.

(Waiting Restrictions and Street Parking Places) Consolidation Order 2013 (Variation) Order Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) Worcestershire County 2017 [Prohibition of Waiting on Hill View Close, Malvern]

Worcestershire County Council are to consider making an Order the effect of which will be to prohibit waiting at any time on the following lengths and sides of road in Malvern:-
Hill View Close (northwest side) from a point 8 metres northeast of its junction with Lower Howsell Road for a distance of 12 metres in a north easterly direction: (southeast side) from a point 9 metres northeast of its junction with Lower Howsell Road for a distance of 11 metres in a north easterly direction. The Order will vary the above Consolidation Order (which provides for civil enforcement of contraventions of waiting prohibitions and restrictions) and will contain exemptions to allow parking/access for certain purposes and limited waiting by disabled persons' vehicles.

A copy of the draft Order, relevant plan and Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order may be inspected at Malvern Hills District Council, Malvern Library, Graham Road, Malvern, WR14 2HU, and County Hall, Spetchley Road, Worcester, WR5 2NP during normal office hours. Any objections/representations you may have must be sent in writing to me at County Hall or email roadtrafficregs@ worcestershire.gov.ukto be received by 20 October 2017.
