PUBLIC NOTICE Licensing Act 2003
I, Kalpita Patel, hereby give notice that I have applied to Hart District Council for the Grant of a Premises Licence at; Premier Express, 1-2 Grand Parade, Station Road, Hook, Hampshire, RG27 9HF to:

1.Permit the licensable activity of the sale of alcohol by retail; on Monday to Saturday (inclusive) from 08:00 to 23:00hrs and on Sunday from 10:00 to 22:30hrs Permit the premises to be open to the public from 6:00 to 23:00hrs daily.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding thisapplication must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Section, Hart District Council, Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet Hampshire GU5I 4AE Website: www.hartgov.uk Tel: 01252 622122. Written representations must be received no later than 25th October 2017. Representations received after this date will not be considered. A record of the application may be inspected at the offices of Hart District Council during normal office hours at the above address.
