The Scottish Borders Council (Biggiesknowe, Peebles) (Temporary Closing) Order 2017
The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 26 September 2017 and is expected to remain in effect for a period of Four days between the hours of 08:00 and 16:15 each day. The Order is required for SGN new customer connection. When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along Biggiesknowe, Peebles. There is no alternative route.

The Scottish Borders Council have made the above Order under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended. The Order, which has a maximum duration of 18 months, will come into force on 25 September 2017 and is expected to remain in effectfor a period of Four days between the hours of 09:00 and 15:30 each day. The Order is required for carriageway patching works. When the Order comes into effect no person shall drive, or cause, or permit to be driven any vehicle along the B7062 Peebles to Cardrona. The alternative route for eastbound traffic is via Kingsmeadows Road, Tweed Bridge, A72 and B7088 to point of closure, for westbound traffic the reverse of the foregoing. Access for pedestrians and cyclists will be maintained with minor delays. To do this, please contactyour nearest library to book time on a personal computer. Please state clearly whetheryou are objecting, supporting or making a general comment. Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, representations may be made available for public inspection.
