Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that any persons having a claim against or an interest in the Estate of Colette Nicola Oliver late of 233 Butts Road, Sholing, Southampton, Hampshire, S0191BN who died on the 2nd February 2016 and whose Will was proved at the Winchester District Probate Registry on the 7th day of September 2017 to Jeanette Ann Adams and Nigel Hugh Barnard the Administrators and any claimant is hereby required to send particulars in writing of his claim or interest to the undersigned, the Solicitors for the said Administrators on or before the 7th December 2017 after which date the Administrators will proceed to distribute the assets of the said Deceased amongst the persons entitled thereto having regard only to the claims and interests of which he shall then have had notice.
