Herefordshire Council Notice of Making

The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH PL9, PIPE & LYDE (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 which temporarily closes the said footpath from OS Grid Reference SO 4987, 4282 to SO 4991, 4274. The closure is required while Dwr Cymru Welsh Water carry out work. There is no alternative route. Queries on this proposal may be directed to Balfour Beatty Rights of Way Tel: 01432 349512. A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council’s website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk  The Order comes into operation on 25 September 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
