Herefordshire Council Notice of Making
TheCounty of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH MM19, MUCH MARCLE (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2017 which temporarily closes the said footpath at OS Grid Reference SO 6587,3099. The closure is required because of a dangerous footbridge. There is no alternative route.

A copy of the order and plan maybe seen on the Council's website on www.herefordshire.gov.uk  TheOrder comes into operation on 22nd September 2017 and will continue in force for a period not exceeding six months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
