Notice is hereby given that I, Mr Avtar Singh Ghuman, have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as CATCHGATE FOOD STORE, 3-4 NORTH ROAD, CATCHGATE, STANLEY, CO DURHAM. DH9 8LD. A variation is sought to :- Extend the current hours for the sale of alcohol from 07:00 – 23:00 Monday to Saturday inclusive and 07:00 – 22:30 Sunday. A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham. DH7 8RS on weekdays between 9.30 am and 4.00 pm by appointment, telephone 03000 261016. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
