GLOUCESTERSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY CLOSURE OF PUBLIC FOOTPATH CUL 52
AT DAUNCEY'S MILL (PARISH OF ULEY) (COTSWOLD DISTRICT) ORDER 2017

NOTICE is hereby given that Gloucestershire County Council have made an Order to close temporarily under Sections 14, 15 and 16 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) part of Public Footpath CUL 52 (Uley) from the entrance to Stouts Hill Cottage at OSGR ST 7873/9794 and which extends in a generally north-easterly and easterly direction for approximately 325 metres to a point south of Uley Millennium Green at OSGR ST 7901/9808 and shown on the site map by a bold solid black line between the points A to B. The closure is necessary due to the collapse of an adjacent 12 foot garden wall which has damaged a nearby property and blocked the footpath with rubble. The Order will come into force on the 20th September 2017 and it is anticipated that the public right of way will close on that day until the works are complete. The Order can authorise the closure for up to six months from the date that the footpath was first closed by way of Notice being the 9th August 2017. After this date if the closure is still required it will be necessary to apply to the Secretary of State for an extension of time.

TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE 61412 ROSEBERY ROAD (PARISH OF DURSLEY) STROUD DISTRICT
Gloucestershire County Council has made an order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended) to temporarily close part of road number 61412 Rosebery Road (the footway only from Rosebery Road to Highfields Approach for a distance of approximately 55 metres). The reason for the closure is to accommodate gas mains works. The road is expected to be closed from 25th September 2017 until 6th October 2017. However should it be necessary to continue the closure for longer than this period the Order can authorise the closure for up to eighteen months.
