(Footpaths WT-505, WT-506 & WT-589 and Bridleways WT-507 & WT-508, Whittington) (Temporary Closure Order) 2017 Proposed Order: to close Footpaths WT-505, WT-506 6 WT-589 and Bridleways WT-507 & WT-508, Whittington for their entire lengths.

The Order is being made to facilitate new housing development works. Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken. No alternative route for Footpaths WT-506 & WT-589 Whittington. No alternative route for horse riders and cyclists using Footpath WT-505 and Bridleways WT-507 & WT-508 Whittington. Alternative route available for pedestrians using Footpath WT-500, Whittington is via U52047 Swinesherd Lane and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for aperiod not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 12 October 2017.

(C2209 Station Road Level Crossing, Wadborough) (Temporary Closure) Order 2017 Proposed Order: to close that part of C2209 Station Road Level Crossing, Wadborough from 20 metres either side of level crossing in order to facilitate Network Rail works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other formofaccess;andtoallowtheworkstobeundertaken.

Proposed Order: to close that part of B4636 Newtown Road, Worcester from its junction with B4205 Midland Road to its junction with Sherriff Street in order to facilitate Network Rail works.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises fronting the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the works to be undertaken. Proposed Order: to close Footpath BF-529, Bransford for its entire length. The Order is being made to facilitate construction of a garage and landscapingworks.
Exemptions: to permit access to any land or premises having a frontage to the highway affected where there is no other form of access; and to allow the necessary works to be undertaken.
Alternative route: is via A4103, Footpath BF-531, Bransford and vice versa. The proposed Order will continue in force for a period not exceeding 6 months or until the works which it is proposed to be carried out have been completed, whichever is the earlier. However, it is anticipated that the Order will only be operative for 6 months commencing on 12 October 2017.
