NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition was presented to the Sheriffdom of Glasgow and Strathkelvin at Glasgow on 15 September 2017 by David William Milne and Raymond Clarkson for an Order restoring CSAV Agencies Scotland Limited, a company formerly incorporated under the Companies Acts (company number SC260698) and having its registered office at Albert House, 306 Albert Drive, Pollokshields, Glasgow G41 5RS to the Register of Companies in terms of Sections 1029 and 1031 of the Companies Act 2006; and in which Petition the court, by Deliverance dated 19 September 2017, appointed any person interested, if they intend to show cause why the Petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto with the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow, Sheriff Court House, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after such intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
