17/1757/FUL/KH: Crossekeys, Barnet Lane, Elstree, WD6 3QU. Demolition of existing dwelling and erection of replacement 2 storey detached 5 bed dwelling to include an integral double garage and swimming pool. Reason: Green Belt.
17/1773/HSE/SR: 11 May Gardens, Elstree, WD6 3RZ. Conversion of loft to habitable room to include three side dormers with two side rooflights, five side rooflights to facing roofslope, two new front windows at second floor level, one new front window at first floor level and one new rear window at second floor level. Reason: Conservation Area. 17/1780/HSE/OG: 1 Watling Street, Elstree, WD6 3EG. Erection of single storey side extension. Reason: Green Belt.

Comments in writing, quoting the appropriate reference, to the Head of Planning at the Borehamwood offices within 21 days from the publication of this notice.
Under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any comments you wish to make in relation to this planning application will be held on a statutory register, which will be available for inspection at the Council Offices.
If an appeal is made against the refusal of a householder planning permission, which will be dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
