LONDON BOROUGH OF BARNET ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 23 THE BARNET (FREE PARKING PLACES, LOADING PLACES, WAITING, LOADING AND STOPPING RESTRICTIONS) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 20**

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the London Borough of Barnet in exercise of powers conferred by Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 intends to install a Zebra Crossing on Langstone Way NW7 between the vehicular access to Farthing Court, Langstone Way and the vehicular access to the Waitrose, Langstone Way NW7. FURTHER NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Barnet propose to make the above-mentioned Order under Section 6 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers. The general effect of the Order would be to remove lengths of at any time waiting restrictions and length of Monday to Saturday 10am-11am and 2pm-3pm waiting restrictions on Langstone Way NW7, between the vehicular access to Farthing Court, Langstone Wayand the vehicular access to the Waitrose, Langstone Way in order to accommodate the new Zebra Crossing referred to above. A copy of the proposed Order and Notice, associated drawings of the relevant areas and the Council's Statement of Reasons for proposing to make the Order can be inspected between 9am and 5pm on Mondays to Fridays inclusive for a period of 21 days from the date on which this notice is published at:

b) Reception, Hendon Town Hall,The Burroughs, Hendon, London, NW4 4BG

Any person wishing to object to the proposed Order, or comment on the proposed Zebra crossing should send a written statement explaining their objection/comments, and quoting reference number BC/001108-01 (SCR183), to the Design Team, 11th Floor, Highways, Barnet House, 1255 High Road, Whetstone, London N20 0EJ,via the Barnet TraffWeb website or via email to traffic. consultations@barnet.gov.uk within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
