WIGAN BOROUGH COUNCIL Temporary Closure Notice of Making
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Assistant Director Infrastructure of Wigan Borough Council in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and delegated to him by the said Council has made the Wigan Borough (Princes Avenue)fJemporary Closure) Order 2017. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any person from driving a vehicle or causing or permitting a vehicle to be driven in Princes Avenue, Tyldesley outside property numbers 25 and 27 on Saturday 18 November 2017.

The alternative route for traffic is:- Manchester Road (Astley) - Church Road - Hen Fold Road - Hough Lane - Manchester Road (Tyldesley Road) - Elliott Street-Astley Street.
The Order is necessary to repair manhole frame and cover.
