Ffordd Ddi-Enw Rhwng Y Goedlan Gyntaf A'r Ail Goedlan, Trecenydd Gorchymyn Gwahardd Gyrru 2017
HYSBYSIR drwy hyn bod Cyngor Bwrdeistref Sirol Caerffili wrth weithredu ei bwerau o dan y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 a'i holl bwerau galluogi eraill ac ar 61 ymgynghori gyda Phrif Swyddog yr Heddlu wedi gwneud gorchymyn a fydd a'r effaith o:-
Gwahardd traffig trwodd rhag gyrru rhwng y Goedlan Gyntaf a'r Ail Goedlan, Trecenydd, drwy'r l6n ddienw sy'n darparu'r unig fynediad i dai rhif 57, 59, 61 a 63 y Goedlan Gyntaf, Trecenydd. Effaith y gwaharddiad gyrru arfaethedig fydd atal gyrwyr rhag defnyddio'r l6n fel llwybr byr rhwng y Goedlan Gyntaf a'r Ail Goedlan. Bydd mynediad i gerbydau yn dal i gael ei gynnal i bob eiddo o ben de-ddwyreiniol y l6n.
Yna, bydd yn briodol i ddiddymu'r gorchymyn rheoli traffig presennol sy'n gwahardd mynediad ac eithrio ar gyfer y rhai sydd angen mynediad.
Bydd y Gorchymyn yn dod i rym ar yr 21ain diwrnod o Fedi 2017, neu'n ddiweddarach, pan fydd yr arwyddion cysylltiedig yn eu lle. Os ydych yn dymuno cwestiynu dilysrwydd y Gorchymyn neu unrhyw un o'r darpariaethau a gynhwysir ynddo ar y sail nad ydynt o fewn y pwerau a roddwyd gan y Ddeddf Rheoleiddio Traffig Ffyrdd 1984 neu ar y sail bod unrhyw ofyniad o'r Ddeddf honno a wnaed dan y ddeddf heb gydymffurfio a'r Gorchymyn, gallwch wneud hynny o fewn chwe wythnos o'r dyddiad isod i'r Uchel Lys at y diben hwn.

Un-Named Road Between First Avenue and Second Avenue, Trecenydd Prohibition Of Driving Order 2017

NOTICE is hereby given that Caerphilly County Borough Council in exercise of their powers under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and all other enabling powers and after consulting with the Chief Officer of Police have made an order the effect of which is to:-

Prohibit through traffic from driving between First Avenue and Second Avenue, Trecenydd, via the un-named lane which provides the only access to house numbers 57, 59, 61 and 63 First Avenue, Trecenydd. The effect of the proposed prohibition of driving will be to prevent drivers using the lane as a short cut between First Avenue and Second Avenue. Vehicular access will still be maintained to all properties from the south eastern end of the lane. It will then be appropriate to revoke the existing traffic regulation order which prohibits entry except for those requiring access.
The Order shall come into operation 21st day of September 2017, or later, when the associated signs are in place.
If you wish to question the validity of the Order or any of the provisions contained in it on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 or on the grounds that any requirement of that Act or any enactment made under it has not been complied with in relation to the Order you may within six weeks of the date hereof apply to the High Court for this purpose.
