Ross Alexander James Moore has applied to West
Dorset District Council for a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the Premises known as The Station Kitchen (formerly The Old Station Cafe) and situate at The Station Kitchen (formerly The Old Station Cafe), Station Road, West Bay, DT6 4EW and proposes to carry out the following activity: sale of alcohol, late night
refreshment and playing of recorded music. Applications are available for public inspection at West Dorset District Council, South Walks House, South Walks Road, Dorchester, Dorset DT1 1UZ or
on www.dorsetforyou.com Responsible Authorities or any other person may make representations in writing on the proposals in the application to West Dorset District Council but these must be submitted between
27 November 2015 and 24 December 2015. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 of
the standard scale (£5,000. January 2005).
