NOTICE is hereby given that on 12 September 2017 a petition was presented to the Sheriff of Glasgow Sheriff Court by E.ON Energy Solutions Limited, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts registered under Company Number 03407430 and having their registered office at Westwood Way, Westwood Business Park, Coventry, CV4 8LG and having a place of business at Trinity House, 2 Burton Street, Nottingham, NG1 4BX for inter alia an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 to wind up GEO GLASGOW LTD, a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts registered under Company Number SC474417 and having their registered office at Unit 12 53 Kilbirnie Street Glasgow G5 8JD and to appoint an interim liquidator; in which petition the Sheriff by interlocutor dated 12 September 2017; Appoints notice of the import of the petition and of this deliverance, and of the particulars specified in the Act of Sederunt to be advertised once in the Edinburgh Gazette and once in the Herald newspaper; Ordains GEO GLASGOW LTD and any other parties interested if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, Sheriff Court House 1 Carlton Place Glasgow G5 9DA within eight days after such intimation and advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
