We hereby serve notice 2 under the Town & Country planning order 2015 Notice under article 13 of application for planning permission. Durham Serviced properties are applying to Durham County Council for full planning approval to construct a new footpath to the South West of Priory Court at :

Priory Court (Formers Masons Arms PH) Rainton Gate, Houghton-le-Spring. DH4 6SQ.

Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about the application should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
