Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) Pre-application consultation by the prospective applicant. Proposed development at site bounded by Fielden Street, Fielden Place and Barrowfield Street, Camlachie, Glasgow, G40 3TX for new build residential and office development comprising 6 and 4 storey flats and 3 storey townhouses. A public meeting will be held at Barrowfield Community Centre, 67 Yate St, Glasgow G31 4AQ on 26 September from 1pm to 7pm. Further information may be obtained from West of Scotland Housing Association, Camlachie House, 40 Barrowfield Drive, Glasgow G40 3QH. Comments should not be made to Glasgow City Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
