NOTICE OF CONFIRMATION OF PUBLIC PATH ORDER TOWN AND COUNTY PLANNING ACT 1990 S.257 AND PARAGRAPH 7 of SCHEDULE 14 MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL THE MALVERN HILLS DISTRICT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. WD-520 ( PART ), WELLAND (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. WD-521 ( PART ), WELLAND AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. WD-527, WELLAND PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION ORDER 2017

On 4th September 2017 Malvern Hills District Council confirmed the above order. The effect of the order as confirmed is to :
(A-B) Divert that length and the whole width of public footpath WD-527, Welland, running from point A, Ordnance Survey grid reference SO 79770, 39805, a point at the junction of footpath WD-527 with footpath WD-525, in a south-easterly direction for 138 metres to point B OS grid reference SO 79823, 39677.
(E-F) Divert that length and the whole width of public footpath WD-520, Welland, running from point E, grid reference SO 79756, 39686, in an east south easterly direction for 70 metres to point F, grid reference SO 79824, 39673, a point at the junction of footpath WD-520 with public footpath WD-521.
(F-G) Divert that length and the whole width of public footpath WD-521, Welland, running from point F, grid reference SO 79824, 39673, a point at the junction of footpath WD-521 with public footpath WD-520,
Welland, in an east-south-easterly direction for 73 metres to point G, grid reference SO
79897, 39666. To:
(C-D) A length of public footpath at a width of 2 metres running from point C, OS grid reference SO 79763, 39745, a point on public footpath WD-526, Welland, in a south-south-westerly direction for 59 metres to point D, OS grid reference SO 79748, 39688, a point on public footpath WD-520, Welland.
(E-B) A length of public footpath at a width of 2 metres running from point E, grid reference 79756, 39686, a point on public footpath WD 520, Welland, in an east-south-easterly turning easterly direction for 68 metres to point B, grid reference SO 79823, 39677, a point on public footpath WD-527, Welland.
(G-H) A length of public footpath at a width of 2 metres running from point G, OS grid reference SO 79897 39666, a point on public footpath WD-521, Welland, in a south-westerly turning westerly direction for 71 metres to point H, grid reference SO 79836, 39640, a point on public footpath WD-528, Welland.

This order comes into force on the date on which Malvern Hills District Council certify that the terms of Article 2 of the order have been complied with, but if any person aggrieved by the order desires to question its validity or that of any provision contained in it on the ground that it is not within the powers of the above Act, or on the ground that any requirement of that Act or any regulation made under it has not been complied with in relation to the confirmation of the Order, he or she may apply to the High Court for any of these purposes under s.287 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 within 6 weeks from the date on which notice is first published as required by paragraph 7 of Schedule 14 to the Act.
