BURY STREET N9 - TEMPORARY RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in order to facilitate essential footway works on Bury Street N9, the Council of the London Borough of Enfield have made the Enfield (Bury Street N9J (No 2) (Temporary Restriction of Traffic) Order 2017 under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.

2. The effect of the Order will be to prohibit traffic from waiting and loading on Bury Street N9 from No. 172 to the common boundary from No.180-182 Bury Street N9 and from No. 187 to the common boundary of No. 191 - 193 Bury Street N9, in the London Borough of Enfield as and when directed by signage.

3. The prohibitions referred to in paragraph 2 above will not apply to works persons or, if the works allow, to police or emergency services personnel.

4. The prohibitions will come into operation on 21 September 2017 and will continue in force between the hours of 09.30am -15.30pm for 4 weeks or until the works have been completed.
