NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Bratton Avenue, Devizes. I give notice that Abbie Alexander is applying to the Wiltshire Council for planning permission to change the use of land adjacent to number one to domestic use. Any owner* of the land who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at County Hall, Bythesea Road, Trowbridge BA14 8JN by 10th December 2015.

*"owner" means a person having a freehold interest or a leaschold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years.

The grant of planning permission does not affect owners rights to retain or dispose of their property, unless there is some provision to the contrary in an agreement or in a lease.
