Notice of application for a new Premises Licence. We BOX INTERNATIONAL of the area known as the Patio, Corporation Street, Bolton have applied to Bolton have applied to Bolton Council for a new Premises Licence. The relevant Licensing activities which it is intended to provide at the premises are:-Plays from Sunday to Saturday 12.00 until 22.00. Films from Sunday to Saturday 12.00 until 22.30. Live Music from Sunday to Thursday 12.00 until 22.00, Friday and Saturday 12.00 until 22.30. Recorded Music from Sunday to Thursday 12.00 until 22.30, Friday and Saturday 12.00 until 23.00. Supply of Alcohol Sunday to Saturday 12.00 until 23.00. Opening Hours are 12.00 until 23.30 Sunday to Saturday

The application may be inspected at Bolton Council Licensing Team, Ground Floor, Town Hall, Bolton BL1 1RU between the hours of 9.00 am and 4.30 pm on Monday to Friday inclusive. Any 'Interested Party' or 'Responsible Authority' may make representations to the Council regarding the application during the period of 28 consecutive days starting with the day after the application was lodged with therefore be 9th October 2017. All representations must be made in writing. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and on summary conviction is liable to a fine of £5,000.
