Herefordshire Council Notice of Continuation

The County of Herefordshire District Council, known as Herefordshire Council, made the HEREFORDSHIRE COUNCIL PUBLIC FOOTPATH F80001 HEREFORD, (TEMPORARY CLOSURE) ORDER 2015 temporarily closing Public Footpath F80001 from OS Grid Reference SO 5107, 4001 to SO 5106, 3996. The closure is required due to the danger caused by fire damaged buildings. The alternate route is via High Town, footpath F80002 and East Street and vice versa.

A copy of the order and plan may be seen on the Council's website on http://www.herefordshire.gov.uk  Order continues in force from 20 September 2017 for a period not exceeding 12 months (unless extended by the Secretary of State) or until any said works have been completed, (whichever is the earlier), or until determined by Herefordshire Council.
