PUBLIC NOTICE -LICENSING ACT 2003
Take notice that Rawtenstall Holdings Limited has applied to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for the Application of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Bees Knees, 6-8 Lord Street West, Blackburn, BB2 1JX. The proposed application is as follows:-

*Provision of live music (Indoors)
* Performances of recorded music (Indoors)
* Provision of performances of dance (Indoors)
* Provision of sale of alcohol (On Licence) (Indoors)

Proposed opening hours:-
* Monday - Sunday 09:00am - 04:30am

Proposed hours of the above licensable activities:-
*Monday - Sunday 09:00am - 04:00am

The application can be viewed at the licensing section or www.blackburn.gov.uk An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Licensing Section, Floor 3, Old Town Hall, Blackburn, BB1 7DY. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
