The Secretary of State hereby gives notice of an Order made under section 249 and 333(7) of the above Act entitled (Yorkshire & The Humber) (No. 45) (Variation) Order 2017 to authorise the variation of "The Conversion of Highways into Footpaths or Bridleways (District of Bradford) (No. 2) Order 1982" and which variation would provide for the reinstatement of use by vehicles along a length of Fife Street at Keighley in the Metropolitan District of Bradford.
Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR (quoting reference NATTRAN/Y&H/S249/2794) and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Keighley Town Hall, Bow Street, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 3PA.
Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 14 September 2017 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
