DARLINGTONBOROUGH COUNCIL WALWORTHROAD, DARLINGTON (TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE), ORDER 2017
Darlington Borough Council intend not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the RoadTraffic Regulation Act, 1984,as amended,the effect of which will be to close:
WALWORTH ROAD From itsjunction with B6279 Staindrop Road to its junction with Houghton Bank Lane and Back Lane

An alternative route will be signed via A68 West Auckland Road, B6275, B6279 Staindrop Road,Walworth Road and vice versa.

The Order is necessary to enable road maintenance works by Darlington Borough Council. The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from Monday 25th September 2017, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 3weeks from Monday 25th September 2017.
