An application has been made by Hummings Bar and Lounge Limited to Elmbridge Borough Council, as the Licensing Authority, for the grant of a New Premises Licence at: Hummingbird Bar &Lounge (formerly Bisoux Lounge), 51 High Street, Esher, Surrey, KT10 9RQ This application includes proposals to:

*Sell alcohol
*Provide regulated entertainment ?Provide late night refreshment (hot food provided after 11:00 p.m.)

The application maybe viewed online at www.elmbridge.gov.uk/licensing  under 'Find a Licence'. Alternatively, a hard copy can be viewed by appointment with the Licensing Officer, Elmbridge Borough Council, Civic Centre, High Street, Esher, Surrey KT10 9SD (tel: 01372 474750) during normal office hours. A Responsible Authority or any other person may make representations regarding the application to the Licensing Officer at the above address. Representations must be received on or before 4th October 2017 Representations must be in writing. A representation form is available from the Council website at www.elmbridge.gov.uk/licensing   or from the Environmental Health & LicensingTeamemail: envhealth@elmbridge.gov.uk. It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine forwhich a person is liable on summary conviction is £5,000.
