Notice is hereby given that on 31 August 2017, a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Glasgow Sheriff Court by Martin Congalton, sole director of P&B Builders (GLW) Limited a Company incorporated under the Companies Acts (Company No. SC498805) and having it’s Registered Office at 242, Edmiston Drive, Glasgow, Scotland, G51 2YU (“the Company”) craving the Court inter alia that the Company be wound up by the Court and that Julien Irving and Stuart Robb, Insolvency Practitioners both of Leonard Curtis Recovery Limited, 2 West Regent Street, Glasgow, G2 1RW be appointed joint Interim Liquidators of the Company; in which Petition the Sheriff by interlocutor of 31 August 2017 appointed all parties claiming an interest to lodge Answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Glasgow Sheriff Court, 1 Carlton Place, Glasgow, G5 9DA within eight days after intimation, advertisement and service, under certification; all of which notice is hereby given.
