LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice of Application for Premises Licence

I Route5 Ltd hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Route5, 140-142 Sutton Road – Southend on sea – SS2 5ER - Essex.

The relevant licensable activities which it is proposed will be carried on are: The selling of alcohol for consumption on the premises during operating business hours daily from 12:00 to 23:00 Tuesday to Sunday, Extended to 02:00 hours the following day on New Years Eve.

The provision of regulated entertainment comprising of recorded music, Tuesday to Sunday from 12:00 to 23:00, extended to 02:00 hours the following day on New Years Eve.

Late Night Refreshment extended to 02:00 hours the following day on New Years Eve.

Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Southend-on-Sea Borough Council).

All such representations shall be made in writing, by 16th Dec 2015.

Representations should be sent to the Licensing Authority, Southend-on-Sea Borough Council, Civic Centre (Floor 12), Victoria Avenue, Southend-on-Sea, Essex SS2 6ZG. A record of the application, and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council's office address given above, between 8.30am and 4.45pm on Mondays to Fridays.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is level 5 on the standard scale (currently £5,000).
