Licensing Act 2003 NOTICE OF VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE
An application to vary a premises licence has been made by Best Parties Ever Limited, to Basildon Council in respect of premises known as Best Parties Ever, Barleylands Farm, Barleylands Road, Billericay, CM11 2UD.The variation application is to extend the day hours, currently on the licence to the following; Sale / Supply of Alcohol: 11:00am - 12.30am, Regulated Entertainment: 11.00am - 10.00pm, Live Music: 11.00am - 11.00pm, Recorded Music: 11:00am - 12.30am, Late Night Refreshment: 11.00pm - 12.30am, Provision of Dancing: 11.00am - 12.30am, Opening Hours: 11.00am - 1.00am. The Capacity of the venue to increase to 1,350 seated and 1,980 standing. The dates to vary to 16th November to 23rd December each year. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council). All such Representation shall be make in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to; The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin’s Square, Basildon, Essex, SS14 1DL. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority, may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale, (currently £5,000.00).
