Pursuant to the Trustee Act 1925 any person having a CLAIM against or an INTEREST in the estate of ARTHUR BERTRAM CUMBERLAND late of 57 Abbey Road Hullbridge in the County of Essex SS5 6DY who died on 7th day of July 2017 whose Will was proved by Gary John Cumberland and Alan Arthur Hurst the Executors therein named on 25th day of August 2017, is required to send particulars thereof in writing to the undersigned on or before the 30th day of November 2017 after which date the Executors will proceed to distribute the assets having regard only to valid claims then notified.
